What the Plugin does. The Plugin provides documentation support and quality-assurance guidance for claim and examination workflows. It is an informational tool only.

Not professional advice. The Plugin does not provide medical, legal, or official determinations and does not replace a licensed clinician, attorney, or agency adjudicator. You are responsible for verifying all output before use.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the Plugin lawfully, to comply with OpenAI’s usage policies, and not to enter data you are not authorized to share.

No warranty. The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miniera Health is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Plugin.

Changes and termination. We may modify or discontinue the Plugin or these terms at any time.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
