Claims Navigator (“the Plugin”) is provided by Miniera Health (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Plugin within ChatGPT.

Information we collect. The Plugin does not operate its own servers and does not independently collect, store, or transmit your data. Any text you enter while using the Plugin is processed by OpenAI’s ChatGPT under OpenAI’s own privacy policy and terms.

How information is used. Content you provide is used solely to generate responses within your ChatGPT session. We do not sell, share, or use your information for advertising.

Sensitive information. Do not enter protected health information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data unless you are authorized to do so and understand that it is handled by OpenAI, not by us.

Third parties. The Plugin runs entirely on OpenAI’s platform. We have no access to your conversations. Please review OpenAI’s privacy policy for details on their data practices.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
